You are the first point of contact for our clients, and you will play a vital role in shaping both the customer experience and the culture of our workplace. You are someone who naturally takes initiative, communicates with clarity and warmth. You understand the value in providing clear communication. The Role:

Full time 4x 8 1/2 hour days per week 1 in 3 Saturdays.

Salary based on experience.

Oversee day-to-day reception duties, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient scheduling, and consistent client service standards.

Liaise with clinical team and management to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle phone and email enquiries with efficiency, professionalism and empathy.

Manage appointments, surgeries, and follow-ups to optimize clinic flow and reduce wait times.

Confidently address and resolve client concerns and questions.

Maintain accurate client and patient records, process payments, and manage correspondence and clinic communications.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations.

A can-do attitude, where there is no such thing as nothing to do.
