Late & Cancellation Policy for Clinical Visits

1. Appointment Time:

We ask that you check into reception when you arrive and please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and to ensure we stay on schedule for all clients. If you are running late, please call us at 03 9416 3100 as soon as possible to notify us. 

2. Late Arrival

If you arrive 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, however the clinic runs back-to-back appointments, and your appointment may be delayed.  

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate your consultation, however, we may need to reschedule your appointment to another time. Depending on availability, this may be rescheduled for a later time or day.  

3. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment

If you require to reschedule your appointment or to cancel it, please ring us on 03 9416 3100, at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment time. 

If you require a cancelation or reschedule for a Revisit Appointment please ring us 03 9416 3100 as soon as possible as this will require a discussion with your vet, please note this may incur further costs. 

If you require a cancelation or reschedule for a revisit appointment for an unwell/more urgent consultation please ring us as soon as possible on 03 9416 3100, as this will require a discussion with your vet, please note this may incur further costs. 

4. Repeated Late Arrivals or not turning up

If you arrive late or do not attend an appointment, we may require a non-refundable upfront fee of a consultation at the time of booking future appointments.  

5. Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you are running late due to an unforeseen situation, please call us immediately on 03 9416 3100 so we can determine the best course of action.
