Shipping policy

All orders are currently processed within a week. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Courier

We offer a courier service for Metro Melbourne. To choose the courier, select Shipping - Same to Next Day Courier Delivery (Previously, Same Day Courier).

Deliveries are made from 9-6 on Monday to Friday. Orders need to be received before 11 am to allow time for your order to be processed that day and delivered either that day or the next.

Please leave a delivery note if you require your order to be left in a specific area or would like to be called on arrival.

Couriers cannot ship to Aus Post Locations.

This is still the fastest delivery method.

Australia Post

We offer regular post (2 or more business days) or express post (1-2 business days). Once your order has been packed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 888 Sydney Rd, Coburg North VIC 3066. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready. Please DO NOT come and try to collect your order before receiving a ready-for-collection email.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@therabbitdoctors.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
